Inquire about therapy

I’m trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and draw from them to tailor our work to your needs and goals. I most often pull from:

  • Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT)
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
  • Behavioral activation (BA)
  • Motivational interviewing
  • Mindfulness

At this time, I offer therapy exclusively online. My virtual practice serves clients ages 10 and older, as younger children may benefit from the engagement and support of in-person care. Virtual therapy with me is also not appropriate for people experiencing an immediate risk of suicide or ongoing suicidal behaviors that require more intensive support. Finding the right level of care matters, and we can discuss whether my services are a good fit or whether another setting would better meet your needs.
